We are gearing our winter season towards athletes with a specific focus on basketball and elevating their games in preparation for the upcoming competitive spring AAU season. We are looking for committed, hard-working individuals to join our organization. The season will run from January through early March and will consist of 1 team practice/week, 1 league game/week and the option to attend a sports performance training workout each week. We will play in between 6-8 games total this winter. This team will be based mainly out of Red Bank for the winter season for practices.

Team practices will be held on Friday evenings and will start Friday January 5th. ** Payment for the season is due at the first team practice

Cost for season $300/athlete for new members & $250/athlete for returning members (must have participated on the fall AAU team)

The main goal of the winter season is to further individual development while working on team concepts, game understanding and overall team development in preparation for the Spring 2018 AAU season. The team will compete in a local league and also play in a local tournament or 2.

Please note - athletes are NOT guaranteed a spring roster spot by being part of the winter roster. We hold open tryouts every season where all athletes are required to tryout.

We pride ourselves on being NJ's #1 Youth developmental Basketball program. At Jersey Fusion Elite we take pride in providing quality coaching. All of our coaches are former collegiate athletes that share the same passion, dedication, commitment and knowledge for the game. Each coach is committed to providing the necessary training; including fundamental skill development that lays the groundwork to excel and succeed at the next level. We take coaching very serious, we ask that parents allow the coaches to do ALL of the coaching while ONLY offering positive feedback. Please give us the opportunity to provide a safe, fun environment that will best help in your athlete’s development.

Team Practice Commitment and attendance to team practice is expected. Jersey Fusion Elite practices are designed to challenge each player. Practice is essential to improving and we believe this is where player and team development and improvement  occurs. Teams will practice 1 time/week on Friday evenings in Red Bank from the months of January & February. It is expected that every attempt is made to attend every practice, on time. In addition, athletes will have the option to attend a Sports Performance Training workout weekly. Although SPT workouts do not take the place of practice, any player that has to miss a scheduled team practice should make every attempt to attend the SPT workout for that week.

SPT Workouts - Sports Performance Training - we offer Open Skills and Basketball Bootcamp workouts weekly at no additional cost to all of our in-season athletes. These workouts will fall on Wednesday evenings and are 100% optional for this season. These workouts are open to outside athletes for a fee of $20/athlete. No pre-registration is necessary. You can find a list of weekly SPT workouts on the bottom of the homepage as well as on the calendar.

Team practice will be held Friday evenings from 6-730p at RBMS

By committing to Jersey Fusion Elite AAU for the fall you are not able to participate with any other AAU organization for the length of the season. We ask that athletes only attend tryouts with the intent on being able to fully commit to all practices & tournaments. We are ok with athletes playing multiple sports or playing on town teams in the winter as long as there are not too many scheduled conflicts. Any pre-scheduled conflicts should be told to the coach right away.

Our philosophy, great basketball players aren't born, they are developed.

We are looking forward to another competitive, successful AAU season!
