Fall 2019 AAU Commitment Requirements

We are gearing our fall season towards athletes with a specific focus on basketball and elevating their games in preparation for their winter travel, middle school and high school seasons. We are looking for committed, hard-working individuals to join our organization for the upcoming fall AAU season. The season will run from September through mid- November and will consist of:

1 team practice/week

 4 tournaments min

Local pick up games

SPT Workout (optional weekly)

Fall Handbook  - All requirements and commitment expectations

Team Practice Commitment and attendance to team practice is required, lack of commitment or 2 unexcused absences will lead to immediate dismissal of the team. Fusion Elite practices are designed to challenge each player. Practice is essential to improving and we believe this is where player and team development and improvement  occurs. Teams only practice 1 time each week in the fall. We expect every athlete present at practice.

By committing to Fusion Elite AAU for the fall you are not able to participate with any other AAU organization for the length of the season. We ask that athletes only  attend tryouts with the intent on being able to fully commit to all practices & tournaments. We are ok with athletes playing multiple sports or playing on town teams in the fall as  long as there are no conflicts with scheduled team practices. Any pre-scheduled conflicts should be told to the coach right away.

2019 Fall AAU Payment Information

Team practices will begin the week of 9/16* Payment for the season is due at the first team practice. The main facilities that will be used this season are RBMS (Red Bank, NJ) & CBI (Rumson, NJ).

The main goal of the fall season is to expose our athletes to the top competition in their respective age groups by participating in some of the top local and regional tournaments (depending on the teams level). We strive to get the most out of each gym opportunity we get with your athlete so commitment for the fall season is crucial. We pride ourselves on being NJ's #1 Youth developmental Basketball program. At Fusion Elite Basketball we take pride in providing quality coaching. All of our coaches are former collegiate athletes that share the same passion, dedication, commitment and knowledge for the game. Each coach is committed to providing the necessary training; including fundamental skill development that lays the groundwork to excel and succeed at the next level. We take coaching very serious, we ask that parents allow the coaches to do ALL of the coaching while ONLY offering positive feedback. Please give us the opportunity to provide a safe, fun environment that will best help in your athlete’s development

SPT - Sports Performance Training Workouts
