SPT Sports Performance Training Workouts 

 

Basketball Bootcamp Workouts - grades 4+ spring season
One hour workout that consists of a combination of fitness, strengthening, conditioning, speed & agility and skills.
You can find a weekly schedule of dates, times and locations for these workouts on the bottom of the home page.

*any athlete on a roster for one of our AAU teams or in-house league teams can attend these workouts at no charge during the season*

$20/athlete for non-members

Open Skills Workouts - grades 4+ year around
One hour of fundamental basketball development that focuses on a specific skill necessary to excel to the next level (Shooting technique, defensive principles, Ball handling, footwork & more)
You can find a weekly schedule of dates, times and locations for these workouts on the bottom of the home page.

*any athlete on a roster for one of our AAU teams or in-house league teams can attend these workouts at no charge during the season*

$20/athlete for non-members

Speed & Agility Workouts Grades 3-12 year around
Open to athletes of ALL sports with specific focus on footwork, first-step, speed, changing directions, conditioning and more..beneficial for ALL sports.
You can find a weekly schedule of dates, times and locations for these workouts on the bottm of the home page.
